How to use:

As a scalp/oil: Apply to the scalp after washing and conditioning hair. For maximum results apply to the scalp 3-5 days per week and massage into the scalp. May also be applied throughout the length of hair before or after leave-in conditioner to help seal in moisture.

As a hot oil treatment: 

Heat the Oil:

  • Pour 2-4 tablespoons of oil (depending on hair length) into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat the oil in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds. Ensure it's warm, not hot, to avoid burning your scalp.

Prepare Your Hair:

  • Start with clean, damp hair. Wash and towel dry your hair before applying the oil.

Apply the Oil:

  • Section your hair into manageable parts.
  • Apply the warm oil from roots to ends, massaging it into your scalp and hair.
  • Use a wide-tooth comb to evenly distribute the oil.

Cover and Heat:

  • Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap to retain heat.
  • For enhanced results, wrap a warm towel around your head or use a hair dryer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Wait:

  • Let the oil sit in your hair for 20-30 minutes (or longer for deeper conditioning).

Rinse and Shampoo:

  • Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.
  • Shampoo as usual to remove the excess oil. 

Condition and Style:

  • Apply a light conditioner if needed, then style your hair as desired.

Can be used on the scalp while wearing protective styles. 

DO NOT use before heat styling the hair.

Patch Testing Instructions

  5. Evaluate:

    • If no reaction occurs, the product is likely safe to use on a larger area.
    • If you experience any adverse reactions, wash the area immediately and discontinue use.
